We are pleased to announce the addition of the Port of Reykjanes to Cruise Iceland. The Port of Reykjanes is located on the Reykjanes Peninsula, just a few minute drive from the airport and a short distance from the Blue Lagoon.
“The port has a lot of potential with regards to close proximity of the airport and other locations in relations to excursions” says Mr. Halldor K. Hermansson, Harbor Master for the Port of Reykjanes. He goes on to say “we are looking to serve smaller cruise ships and expedition ships who want to visit smaller ports around Iceland”.
With the addition of the new port, Cruise Iceland now offers 24 port of calls all over the island. Detailed information about the port will be available soon.
